The early-bird prize draws for the Bethell Hospice Foundation Caring for Our Community Lottery will take place tomorrow (Friday) at the Caledon Strawberry Festival Main Stage.
The draw will be conducted by Mayor Allan Thompson at 3 p.m. The Festival is at the Caledon Fairgrounds.
Two early-bird prize winners will be drawn — one of $2,500 cash and a second of $1,000 cash. The lottery grand prize for a 2016 Lincoln MKC SUV will be drawn at Bolton Fall Fair Sept. 24.
Tickets are $20 each or three for $50, and only 12,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets will be available at the Strawberry Festival, or in advance by calling the Bethell Hospice Foundation Fundraising Office at 905-838-3534.
Bethell Hospice Foundation would like to thank Fines Ford Lincoln, Scotiabank and Cavalier Transportation Services Inc. for their support of the lottery.
All proceeds from the lottery benefit Bethell Hospice Foundation. Bethell Hospice is the only residential hospice serving Caledon, Brampton, Dufferin County and west Woodbridge. It also provides community programs throughout Caledon and Brampton.
