A 36-year-old man from Milton, who was giving a driving lesson, was charged with using a hand-held communication device while driving.
Caledon OPP reports an officer from the Traffic Unit was conducting distracted driving enforcement Jan. 17 early in the afternoon when he spotted a white 2013 Toyota heading south on Highway 10 approaching King Street. He noticed the driver was holding a cellular phone in his right hand while a passenger was in the front seat.
