Deputy Fire Chief of Support Services appointed

Caledon Fire Chief Terry Irwin has announced that Mark Wallace is the successful candidate for the position of Deputy Fire Chief of Support Services for Caledon Fire and Emergency Services.
Wallace has 28 years of Fire Service experience, including 22 years in fire suppression and 23 years in Fire Prevention and Public Education.
He first joined the Caledon Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter, rising through the ranks to the position of District Chief. Wallace has been with the Town of Caledon full-time since 2003, presently holding the rank of Chief Fire Prevention Officer.
“Mark’s wide range of experience both in Fire Suppression and Fire Prevention will be a valuable asset to our Fire Department in the position of Deputy Fire Chief of Support Services,” Irwin said.
