Chance to be OPP commander for a day

Have you ever wanted to be the top cop in Caledon for a day?
Grade 5 students in town will have the chance as part of Police Week 2014, through the competition Caledon OPP is running.
Students are asked to submit a one-page essay on why they should be chosen to be Detachment Commander for the Day. During his/her tenure as Detachment Commander, the selected student will have the opportunity to spend time with Inspector Tim Melanson and learn how the Caledon Detachment operates on a daily basis.

Students are asked to submit their essay prior to May 7 to brenda.evans@ontario.ca or they can be dropped off the Detachment Office, at 15924 Innis Lake Rd.
