Officers of the Highway Safety Division of the Toronto detachment of OPP are investigating a minor two-vehicle collision, but a 25-year-old Caledon man has been charged over what took place after.
Police report they were called to a location of Highway 401, near highway 404 shortly before 4 p.m. April 14 to investigate the collision. The two drivers apparently confronted each other, and police subsequently received a complaint of assault by one of the involved drivers.
The man was charged with assault. There were no serious injuries reported.
