Shannon Turnbull of the Mortgage Centre in Bolton was named Business Woman of the Year recently by the Caledon Chamber of Commerce. The announcement was made at the recent Chamber’s Stilettos and Stars celebration, and she said she had no idea ahead of time she would be getting the award. “I was honoured,” she said. “I was grateful to receive it.” She added she and her team at the Bolton office have worked hard to get where they are. “I’m thankful for the team that I have,” she said.
