Breach of probation charge laid

A 44-year-old Caledon woman was charged with violating a condition of a probation order Jan. 11.
Caledon OPP reports an officer was sent to a Bolton home at about 3:45 p.m. to investigate a family dispute. The officer found a male and female who were both intoxicated. It was eventually determined that the woman was under a probation order which included a provision that she not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
