BE VERY CAREFUL ON TRAILS The Christmas ice storm caused heavy damage on the Humber Valley Trail. Especially hard hit was the very popular section just north of Bolton, beginning at the Glasgow trail head. Trail Association President Jerry Gorman is urging trail users to exercise extreme caution if they choose to use it. The Humber Valley Heritage Association, which operates the trail under a licence agreement with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, met to discuss measures which they could reasonably implement. It’s expected that completely cleaning up the trail will take some time. Photo submitted
