Assault charges laid

An altercation outside a Bolton restaurant early Saturday morning resulted in an 29-year-old Caledon man being charged.
Caledon OPP reports they were called out at about 3 a.m. Upon arriving, they saw a man attacking another. While police were breaking that up, another altercation broke out between two women. While police were getting that one under control, the suspect male walked away, but he was found nearby and arrested The victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The suspect was charged with assault.
