Art show at Caledon Town Hall

May 29, 2013   ·   0 Comments

Caledon Town Hall has invited the Orangeville Art Group (OAG) to display work in their fourth-floor Gallery during May and June.
OAG has decided to feature the original work of its Caledon members, which will be on display and for sale. If you have never visited the Town Hall Gallery, stop by any time on a weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at 6215 Old Church Rd., in Caledon East.
The unusual, naturally-lit gallery forms two gangways, one going up and one going down, that meet at the far wall. Spectators have railings to guide them along, while half-walls in the middle allow them to view art on the other walkway, unimpeded. They will see the work of acrylic and oil painters, watercolourists, potters, sculptors, jewelry-makers, collage artists and more. These artists are seasoned pros and neophytes.
