Caledon resident Brady Robertson is now facing new charges stemming from the Brampton crash in June that caused the deaths of local mother Karolina Ciasullo and her three daughters.
37-year-old Ciasullo and her three daughters were travelling northbound on Torbram Road in Brampton on June 18, when they were struck by Robertson’s blue Infiniti, which was travelling eastbound at a high rate of speed. The collision resulted in the deaths of the four Ciasullo family members, leaving Robertson hospitalized.
Robertson was arrested on June 24 and charged with four counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and one additional count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Peel Police announced on Sept. 18, that following further investigation, four new charges have now been laid on the 20-year-old of impaired operation causing death by drugs.
Robertson was denied bail back in August and will be attending trial for his new charges.
Police continue to ask for further information from the public, and to contact Major Collision Bureau at (905) 453-2121 ext. 3710.
