100 DONATIONS AND COUNTING Bolton resident Pam Folster was on hand at the regular blood donor clinic held July 12 at the Albion-Bolton Community Centre to make her 100th donation. This is quite a milestone, considering one can only donate blood a maximum of six times per year. An announcement was made at the clinic, and Folster received a round of applause. There were 81 units of blood collected at the clinic. New donors are always needed. Clinics are run the second Tuesday of every month in Bolton from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. To find out if you are eligible, download the GiveBlood app and take the eligibility quiz. You can also book an appointment on the app, or at www.blood.ca
