Two stunt driving charges

In a little more than an hour Feb. 21, Caledon OPP charged two motorists with excessive speeding on Airport Road near Leamster Trail in Caledon East.
The first incident occurred at about 9:40 p.m. An officer observed a red 2006 Pontiac Montana travelling at high speed, and determined it was going 107 km-h in a posted 50 Community Safety Zone. An 18-year-old Brampton was charged with racing a motor vehicle.
About 70 minutes later, the officer observed a black 2009 Hyundai Sonata, and determined it was also going 107 km-h through the same zone. A 28-year-old Hamilton man was charged.
