Ontario downloading from Toronto?

The Ontario Government says it wants to take over the Toronto Transit Commission or at least the subway system. Why? Because it is profitable, not because the province really wants to help Toronto. Because if it was really about helping Toronto, the province would reverse what it did decades ago and take back Toronto Housing. I remember when the province downloaded all the Ontario Housing sites to all the municipalities where they were. And that is a huge challenge for any municipality, and not profitable like the TTC. So, Ontario Government do gooders, if you really want to help Toronto, take back the running of all the Toronto Housing projects. That would be the right thing to do.
