A 44-year-old Caledon man is facing charges after he failed a breathalyzer test Feb. 14 in Bolton.
Caledon OPP reports an officer noticed a grey Ford F-150 with its engine running in a parking lot on the south hill. The officer approached the occupant and noticed signs of impairment, so he demanded the man provide the breath sample.
The man was charged with having care and control of a vehicle with more than the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
His licence was suspended for 90 days on the spot, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
