With the busy spring construction season approaching and the demand for drivers being at an all-time high, now is an ideal opportunity to train to become a heavy equipment operator and/or an AZ driver.
Jobs Caledon will host Jim Dillon, training and employment specialist, from 5th Wheel Training Institute, March 26 from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
It will be at the at the Royal Courtyards in Bolton.
Dillon will provide an overview of 5th Wheel construction, servicing and transportation programs. He will also discuss the “Look Who’s Hiring” online feature at 5th Wheel Training Institute that provides updated listings of current job postings in trucking, heavy equipment operating and servicing.
Since 1985, 5th Wheel Training Institute has been dedicated to providing individuals from across Canada with the skills and certification that meet employer requirements for entry-level equipment operators for the construction and transportation industry.
The institute has been providing quality and up-to-date programs that get people to work for more than 30 years.
“By attending our presentation, participants will learn of special training packages currently being offered and learn about our all-inclusive on-site training centres with no charge accommodation included,” Dillon said.
