Holiday happenings at Caledon Public Library

December 7, 2016   ·   0 Comments

Winter is a time of celebration not hibernation.
This holiday season, Caledon Public Library has some great activities planned for the whole family.
The Library offers programs for giving, sharing and spending time with family from cookie exchanges, story times, movies, scientific demos, interactive Minecraft, 3-D snowman creation, Christmas crafting, decoration design and so much more. Pick up a Holiday Happenings brochure at any branch for details on these and other family fun activities.
For those outdoor adventurers, checkout a Toronto Region Conservation Authority/Credit Valley Conservation park membership pass, offering free admission to 12 parks in and around Caledon. To make sure people do not miss all that nature has to offer, the library has binoculars for loan. Visit any one of the Library’s seven branches. They are free with a library card.
Are museums more your style? All branches have passes for Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives (PAMA) where family fun activities are offered throughout the winter break.
The Library is honoured to partner with Caledon Community Services with their Keep Caledon Warm This Winter program. Drop in to any branch and donate hats, mittens, scarves and socks to decorate the Christmas trees until Dec. 12.
