BLACKHORSE OPENING 44TH SEASON Get ready to split your sides from laughter with Blackhorse's latest farce, A Little Quickie, written by Jane Milmore and William Van Zandt. It’s a unique and hilarious bedroom farce, tied together with a twisting entertaining plot. The stand up comedy team of Steve and Allen is on the brink of success. Steve’s neglected wife Sara and Allen have an unexpected fling; a lifelong dream come true for Allen. Flashy manager Roscoe Clementine, his latest pickup Polly and a New York fashion model become involved in covering up the infidelity. The play is interspersed with Roscoe’s narration and bits of Steve and Allen’s stand up routine, which provide a hilarious running commentary on the action. Tickets are available by calling the Blackhorse Theatre box office at 905-880-5002. The show runs Oct. 29 and 31, and Nov. 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14 and 15.
