Big crowd out to greet Santa Claus in annual parade

It was a bright, sunny day Saturday; perfect weather to get out and greet Santa Claus as he made his return to Bolton in the annual Santa Claus Parade. The crowds gathered at the side of Queen Street in Bolton Saturday to greet him as he made his triumphant return.
There were scores of groups taking part in the parade, hosted by the Bolton Kinsmen, to make it a success. These members of Canadian Dance Unit made their usual upbeat contribution to the festivities.

Adedoyin Adenowo of Bolton made sure his daughter Zion, 4, got a good view of Santa as he rode by.
Caledon’s Town Crier Andrew Welch once again led the parade.
The Girl Guides of Bolton were well represented by this group riding on their float.
These clowns from the Tecumseth Shrine Club added plenty of colour to the parade.
There were many groups passing out candy and other goodies along the parade route, including these Bolton firefighters.
These musicians from Humberview Secondary School provided some festive music in the parade.
These members of the Caledon Bandits Lacrosse Club were waving at spectators as they passed by.
