Lots of cars washed at Soap for Hope Pickard Lane Leasing in Bolton was an active place Saturday. The outlet was holding a Soap for Hope SickKids Washathon, and a long line-up of car owners had their vehicles in place, waiting to help the cause. Volunteers Tony Dimitri and Aliyma Marne were hard at work shining things up. Peaches the Clown was entertaining folks with her balloon tricks. Sandra Amerato, one of the owners, said this was the third year they have held the event, and they’ve raised about $17,000 over the previous two years. Photos by Bill Rea
