Woman Abuse Prevention month

November is Woman Abuse Prevention Month in Caledon.
Town Council voted to proclaim the month Monday, urging all to recognize the ongoing commitment of groups and individuals to help prevent abuse.
The motion passed by council stated it’s “every woman’s fundamental right to live in safety and security in their homes and communities.”
