Holiday hours in effect at Region for weekend

Region of Peel offices and non-emergency services will be closed for Victoria Day Monday and will reopen Tuesday.
There will be no waste collection Monday, so collection will be one day later next week. All Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) will also be closed Monday and will reopen for regular operating hours Tuesday.
Human Services Reception, Employment Resource Centres, Rent Supplement offices, Peel Access to Housing, Service Access, Ontario Works, and Peel Living will be closed Monday and reopen Tuesday. For Peel Living maintenance requests, contact the 24-hour request line at 905-790-7335.
Emergency homeless shelters will remain open, and can be contacted by phone or by using the online Find a Shelter tool. For emergencies related to food, medication or personal support, call the Region at 905-791-7800.
Region of Peel Services, Access Peel, Public Health Clinics, Dental Services, Breastfeeding Services and Healthy Sexuality Services will all be closed Monday.
TransHelp service hours will be from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday. The Accessible Transportation offices will be closed; regular office hours will resume Tuesday. For more information contact call 905-791-1015.
In celebration of museum month in May, the Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) is offering free general admission Saturday and Sunday, but will be closed Monday. The gallery will reopen Tuesday. Visit pama.peelregion.ca for more information on PAMA’s exhibits and programs.
