Police seeking federal inmate who’s been known to frequent area

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of breach of parole.
Police report Frank Peter Spagnola has been known to frequent the Orangeville area, as well as other places in southern Ontario.
He is described as male, 55 years of age, five feet four inches (163 centimetres), 196 pounds (89 kilograms). He wears prescription glasses, has a shaved head and a light coloured goatee. He has numerous tattoos, including “Rose”, “a Gravestone” and “Garfield” on his left arm, “Reaper” and an “Eagle” on his right arm. He also has tattoos on his chest, abdomen, both legs, ankles and his back.
He is serving a two year and eight month sentence for possession of a schedule substance for the purpose of trafficking and breach of court orders.
Police added he has numerous convictions for break and enter, frauds, assaults, drugs and a conviction for manslaughter from 1998. He is considered high risk to reoffend.
He is known to frequent the Kingston, Barrie, Windsor, Toronto, Guelph, Hamilton, Orangeville, Oshawa, Oakville, Peterborough, Brantford, and Bracebridge areas.
