Woman shot with BB gunCaledon OPP is requesting assistance from the public in finding the occupants of a car involved in a weapons investigation. Police said a woman was shot in the back with a BB gun April 20, at about 6:40 p.m., as she was sitting on a pathway between the Royal Courtyards and Willow Street in Bolton. A dark Volkswagen Golf, occupied by four males, drove up to the pathway and one of the occupants shot the victim. The BB pellet lodged in the victim's back and she required medical attention for the injury. The following day, the police were contacted and an investigation started. Police are asking anyone with information about this investigation to contact them at 905-584-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). |
