The National Wildlife Centre (NWC), based in Caledon East, hosted its inaugural Gala Saturday evening at Devil's Pulpit Golf Club. NWC works to help native wildlife through programs aimed at conservation goals to protect ecosystems, populations of wild animals, and the health of individual animals. Veterinary Intern Dr. Sara Seemel and NWC founder Dr. Sherri Cox were flanking Hope Swinimer of the Hope for Wildlife TV show, who was one of the speakers at the event.Photo by Bill Rea
