Wassailing Festival helps everyone celebrate Family Day The Family Day Wassailing Festival was a big success Monday at Spirit Tree Estate Cidery near Cheltenham. The event was being held in support of Bethell Hospice. The Orange Peel Morris Dancers of Orangeville led the parade at the festival.

Aleta Fera of Brampton was helping her daughter Maggie, 3, put a piece of cider-soaked toast on the branch of an apple tree. That ritual is aimed at promoting a good apple crop for the coming year.
