Title: Volunteers wanted for wildflower planting Sunday

The SouthFields Village Residents Group is looking for volunteers to help plant a wildflower meadow off Mayfield Road between Kennedy Road and Hurontario Street.
The event is taking place this Sunday (July 6) between 10 a.m. and noon. Bring family and friends to help improve the community and learn how wildflowers attract pollinating insects such as butterflies.
Participation in the event is free, but registration is required. Register by sending an email with the subject line “Wildflower Planting Event” to either SFVRG@live.com or VRAevents@yahoo.ca
