VIGIL IN BOLTON

Sunday (Dec. 6) was the 26th anniversary of the Montreal Massacre, in which 14 young women were shot and killed at l'École Polytechnique de Montréal. The day is officially recognized as Canada's National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. Caledon Public Library, in partnership with Family Transition Place, held a vigil Sunday at the Albion-Bolton branch of the library. Some of those taking part held up signs bearing the names of the victims of the massacre. Photo by Bill Rea
