TRAFFIC MESS IN BOLTON

The investigation continues into a multi-vehicle accident Tuesday morning that blocked traffic on Queen Street North in Bolton. Caledon OPP reports a northbound dump truck driver failed to stop for the red light at the intersection of King and Queen Streets at about 9:30 a.m. and T-boned an SUV, which was pushed into a number of parked vehicles. Police said charges are expected to be laid against the driver and the owner of the dump truck. The female driver of the SUV was transported to Brampton Civic Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
