Town holds Remembrance Day service![]() ![]() Those who served and sacrificed in Canada's military actions were remembered Friday at the annual Remembrance Day service held at Town Hall in Caledon East. ![]() There was a large crowd outside Town Hall in Caledon East Friday at 11 a.m. for a Remembrance Day service. Councillor Jennifer Innis read In Flanders Fields by John McCrae. ![]() Palgrave area resident John Gregory served with the Royal Canadian Air Force 424 Squadron. He laid a wreath on behalf of his comrades. ![]() Forks of the Credit resident Alice McMahon laid a wreath on behalf of the Women's Royal Canadian Navy Service. ![]() Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School student Peter Zarzecki played the Last Post at Friday's service. |
