Tapping in at Kortright![]() ![]() The annual Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival continues at the Kortright Centre for Conservation in Vaughan, and crowds have been large as people have been out to see how maple syrup is made, both now and years ago. Educational Interpreter Anne Partridge was demonstrating the old method of boiling sap in large cauldrons. ![]() Environmental Educator Kristen Martyn was in the sugar shack, explaining “the modern way” of making syrup. |
