Sweet Taste of Spring at Terra Cotta




Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) hosted its annual Sweet Taste of Spring event at Terra Cotta Conservation Area over the weekend. There was lots of great stuff to attract the crowds. Josie McNaboe, a volunteer at the conservation area was making treats from maple sugar and snow for Avani Raval, 5, of Glen Williams and Tomas Nikolic, 7, or Terra Cotta.

There were opportunities to learn about the process of boiling maple sap into sugar, and Brian Kristy of CVC was handling that.
