The Palgrave Terry Fox Run will be held at Stationlands Park, which is on Brawton Drive at Highway 50, starting at 9 a.m. There will be a free pancake breakfast (starting at 8 a.m.) served by Palgrave Rotarians. Participants have the opportunity to run, walk or bike for up to 10 kilometres along the Caledon trail. The Palgrave firefighters and the OPP will be there to assist as well. Donations and pledges can be made online at www.terryfox.org/Run (run site # 2164) Pledge sheets are also available at various stores and locations in Palgrave, Caledon East and surrounding areas. Bring your pledge sheets (including online ones) to the event. Since 2000, our community has raised $103,707 for the Terry Fox Foundation for cancer research. Well done to all of the runners, hikers and bikers at our site here in Palgrave.
