Remember Canadian Tire when voting

Last week, while driving home from Toronto on Highway 50, mid-week and midday, my husband and I were amazed at the volume of traffic, especially trucks.
I can't even imagine the gridlock facing Bolton and Palgrave commuters driving this route to and from Toronto all week long.
At this important election time, it is indeed necessary to contemplate how Wards 4 and 5 incumbents voted in favour of the Canadian Tire Distribution Centre in our midst. Despite more than 1,000 Bolton area signatures that were collected and forwarded to Town Hall, these incumbents certainly weren't listening to their constituents, in my opinion. When you consider the number of trucks this development is expected to generate, the resulting gridlock and pollution will indeed be problematic for Bolton and Palgrave residents.
Hopefully, voters will vote for themselves and reject these incumbents who obviously don't listen to their constituents. I collected Bolton signatures for the petition, and only about one per cent didn't sign, and nobody that I talked to were in favour of this venture.
