For the seventh year, Cedar Mills resident Julie Dranitsaris was heading up a recent weekend fundraising drive to fight Multiple Sclerosis at the Bolton Walmart SuperCentre. Dranitsaris herself was not there, but there were others ready to help out, including her mother Janet Muir and Andrea Bates from Mississauga. Her father Steve reported the effort raised $7,811.30 (including the Walmart matching grant), and she has raised more than $12,000 this year. The total for seven years is nearing $77,000.
