Puppy classes offeredA free Puppy Program, aimed at dogs aged less than 12 weeks, is being offered by Dogs in the Park in Guelph. Run by former Caledon resident John Alexander, the class is fun for the dogs and a great way to prevent puppies from growing up to have behaviour problems. The people at Dogs in the Park believe the best way to inoculate puppies against future behaviour problems is to enrol them in a sound puppy class. The free Puppy Play Group gives them an chance to play, meet other puppies and a wide variety of people, and people get to learn to tell when play is becoming dangerous and what to do to keep their puppies safe. In Every Puppy Deserves Puppy Class, puppies begin to learn about self control, keeping their paws to themselves and sitting to say “please,” and families learn about toilet training and house manners. For more information or to arrange a visit or an interview, contact Sue Alexander at [email protected] or 519-826-53315. Dogs in the Park is at 583 Massey Rd., in Guelph. |
