Title: Public open houses coming on recreation plans in Mayfield West

The community is invited to a drop-in open house regarding the Town of Caledon's parks and recreation initiative for multi-use development in Mayfield West.
A group of local residents is leading this first step in a community engagement process by hosting two open houses.
They are joining together to gather ideas to be able to present to the Town's Parks and Recreation department as they move forward in their planning initiatives for a multi-use facility in Mayfield West Phase 1 (SouthFields Village).
Come out to understand the Village Centre concept and meet many of the interested stakeholders.
The first open house session will be Dec. 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. at SouthFields Village Public School (110 Learmont Ave.), and the other will be Dec. 11 6 to 8 p.m. at the Margaret Dunn Library Community Room (20 Snelcrest Dr., Valleywood).
