Title: Public meeting Wednesday on development proposal on Townline

The Town of Caledon is seeking public input into a development proposal slated for Caledon-King Townline, south of Columbia Way.
A public information meeting is planned for this coming Wednesday (April 8) at 7 p.m. at the Council Chambers at Caledon Town Hall, 6311 Old Church Rd., Caledon East.
Hi-Lands of Bolton Corporation is proposing to permit the residential development of the lands at Lot 9, Concession 8, in Albion through a draft plan of subdivision, creating blocks for three single detached units, a common elements condominium of 130 townhouse units and environmental lands. These plans will require a rezoning.
Prior to the meeting, there will be an informal information session in the main lobby outside the Council Chambers. It will start at 6 p.m. and continue to 6:45 p.m.
A copy of the proposed draft plan of subdivision, draft plan of condominium and zoning bylaw amendment, as well as additional information and material about the proposed applications, will be available to the public prior to the meeting at the Development Approval and Planning Policy Department of the Town.
