Public meeting on proposed Cheltenham developmentThe Town will be hosting a public information meeting Sept. 4 on a proposed Cheltenham area development. The application of the Correct Group of Companies is to rezone about 34 acres on the east side of Creditview Road, south of Boston Mills Road to facilitate a draft approved plan of subdivision. The plan calls for 33 residential lots, a park area and stormwater management pond. The draft plan was approved by the Ontario Municipal Board in 2001. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at Town Hall in Caledon East. Prior to that, there will be an information session outside the chambers from 6 to 6:45 p.m. |
