No fun was spared a Ribfest
The Bolton Fairgrounds was a very busy place recently. The Rotary Club of Bolton held its annual Ribfest. There were five stands serving up the ribs, so partons had lots of choice. Ribs Royale won the People's Choice Award, as well as the prize for the best sauce. They also took second place in the judging contest. Andy Sawh and Shamar Seeram were up from Little Rock, Arkansas, working for Dinosaurs BBQ Pit, offering samples of their sauce. The sauce took second place at the Ribfest, but their ribs were judged the best.
Paul Antaya of Niagara Falls was applying lots of sauce on the ribs for Texas Rangers.
Randy Austin was working hard preparing the wares for Jack the Ribber.
Derek Buchanan was busy getting the ribs ready at The Chop Shop.
