No fun was spared a Ribfest

The Bolton Fairgrounds was a very busy place recently. The Rotary Club of Bolton held its annual Ribfest. There were five stands serving up the ribs, so partons had lots of choice. Ribs Royale won the People's Choice Award, as well as the prize for the best sauce. They also took second place in the judging contest. Sandy Hartley, Chefie Van Ham and Josh Lacroix were showing off their trophies. Photos by Bill Rea
