NEW DISTRICT GOVERNOR FROM PALGRAVE Michael Gauthier last Wednesday received congratulations from Ian Ferguson of Burlington as he succeeded him as Governor of District 7080 of Rotary International. The changeover took place at the annual district convention at the Royal Ambassador Event Centre near Caledon East.
