Title: Man charged with possession

A 27-year-old Brampton man was charged with possession of a controlled substance July 14 after a traffic stop.
Caledon OPP reports an officer was conducting traffic enforcement at the intersection of Highway 10 and Charleston Sideroad shortly before 9 a.m. when he spotted a black Cadillac exceeding the speed limit. He had the car stop and he detected a smell, believed to be marijuana, coming from inside. He also found a green, leafy substance in the car.
