Title: Man charged with breach of undertaking

A 26-year-old Caledon man is facing charges after being in the company of a woman he was not supposed to be with.
Caledon OPP reports the incident started Jan. 12 when an officer on traffic enforcement stopped a grey Chrysler SLX at about 3:10 p.m. in the area of McEwan Drive. The driver had a female passenger, and an investigation revealed he was bound by an undertaking order with a condition that he was to have no contact with her.
He was charged with breach of an undertaking.
