Lots of things to see and do at annual open house at Alton Mill![]() The was Celtic theme recently for the annual spring open house at Alton Mill Arts Centre. Rhythmfoot with the Frank and Chanda Leahy family put on a well-attended performance. ![]() Blacksmith George Church was hard at work putting on demonstrations of his craft in the forge. ![]() Sohayla Smith of Schomberg was performing on the heather harp. ![]() These young members of the Claymore Dancers Academy of Dance were showing what they have learned to the audience. ![]() Winston Uytenbogaart was demonstrating his carving skills as he worked on this walking stick. ![]() Woodworker Barry Young was busy on this creation. ![]() Dry stone work was going on at the mill, and some people came from considerable distance to take part. Torben Larsen came all the way from Vermont. |
