John Vian of Cheltenham was serving his creation to Firefighter Chuck Mills. The top chili, according to the judges, was entered by Paul Bebbington, while Cheltenham General Store was voted to have made the hottest chili and Amanda Maula had the best tasting Photos by Bill Rea
