Look out for illegal dumpingCaledon OPP are reminding residents that illegal dumping is a crime, and as taxpayers, they pay the cost of clean-up. Illegal dumping is the disposing of waste in non-designated areas, such as rural areas, vacant lots and along the roadside. Police are asking anyone who witnesses illegal dumping to call 9-1-1 immediately with vehicle and suspect information. Anyone with information about illegal dumping is asked to contact the Caledon OPP at 905-584-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). |
