Like idea of making staff accountableIn response to Mark Radford's open letter to mayoralty candidates (Sept. 25): The idea of the tracking system is the best idea I have heard in years. I have made several complaints to the Town that I wanted rectified and made numerous follow up calls, and they go unanswered. I think this would be the best way of making staff accountable to the residents and keep track of what is being done and who is doing it, and if there is no action, why? Fay McCrea, Caledon |
