Learn what it was like to be a WAC

There are going to be some stories of war time told at the next meeting of the Caledon East and District Historical Society.
Bolton resident Doris Porter will present a talk entitled Humourous Adventures of a Member of the Canadian Women's Army Corps in WWII.
It will be Nov. 25 at 7:30 p.m. at St. James' Anglican Church in Caledon East.
Porter joined the Corps when she was 18. She will relate stories about her training in Quebec prior to her posting overseas.
Members of the society and students will be admitted free. There will be a $5 fee for visitors.
