Kunle then pulls rhythms and sounds from different cultures to tell the story. His first love is the guitar and he is known for his finger-picking, percussion-style of play. He also plays the harmonica and talking drum. Kunle's style is a mix of all cultures from soul to blues to celtic to African folk. In 2015, he performed at Mariposa Folk Festival, Habari Africa Festival, Ashiko World Music Festival and Toronto Centre for the Arts'BareBones Music Series. In October, Kunle showcased at Folk Music Ontario as his song, My Little Fingers, was awarded the best instrumental for 2015. Kunle's first EP, Amí N Relé, which means Home Sweet Home in Yoruba, was released in 2015. In 2016, he did a tour of his EP through Europe, West Africa and the east coast of Canada. He also performed at Peterborough Folk Festival and Blue Skies Festival. Kunle sings in Yoruba, English, Pidgin and German. He has interest in Japanese and French.
